Company & Project: A locally based and highly regarded regional main contractor operating in Norfolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire are seeking to recruit a talented Project Manager to work on a recent project win.
The business works across multiple sectors including: Education, Healthcare, Residential, Industrial and Mixed-Use sectors on a regional basis and are looking to grow their Construction Delivery team due to recent project wins.
The successful candidate will leading 1 large project or working across multiple projects.
The business is recognised for its employee focus and long-term stable history, with many of the senior management and employees working for the business for many years.
Duties & Responsibilities: The successful Project Manager will be site based, working to support the Contracts Manager in delivery of the project. Working in conjunction with the Site Managers, responsible for health & safety, short term programming/progress monitoring and delivering a quality build with low defects.
Desirable Experience:
- Previously held a Project Manager position with a Main Contractor.
- Exceptional track record for delivering sites on time and to a high standard of finish.
- Experience working across one of the following sectors: Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Science.
- Previous Roles: Assistant Project Manager OR Construction Manager OR Project Manager OR Assistant Contracts Manager.
Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Construction Management, NVQ Level 6 or above.
CSCS Card.
