We’re working with a well-respected and fast-growing Social Housing contractor that’s delivering high-quality refurbishment works across the East Midlands. They’re on the lookout for a driven Project Manager with a background in Social Housing refurb — or a Site Manager ready to step up.
This role will place you at the centre of a major refurbishment scheme across occupied and void housing stock, giving you the chance to take full ownership of delivery, from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
*
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties
*
Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery
*
Keep projects on track — on time, budget and spec
*
Lead with a safety-first approach and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
*
Communicate with residents, stakeholders, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned
*
Maintain accurate programme updates and progress reports
What You’ll Bring
*
Proven background in Social Housing refurbishment, ideally in a live environment
*
Leadership experience with on-site teams and subcontractors
*
Knowledge of regulations, compliance and quality assurance
*
Ability to build trust with tenants, clients, and colleagues alike
You’ll Need:
✅ SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
✅ CSCS Card (Valid)
✅ First Aid at Work Certification
✅ Clear Enhanced DBS Check
Nice to have:
➕ NEBOSH Certification (Health & Safety focus)
