Construction Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding (Europe-Based Projects)
📍 Location: Based in Ireland with regular travel across Europe

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading building envelope specialist delivering complex roofing and cladding packages across Europe. They are looking to appoint a Construction Project Manager with experience in managing façade or roofing works to oversee the successful delivery of projects from pre-start through to handover.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on and organised construction professional to join a growing business operating across multiple European markets.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead day-to-day site operations across multiple European projects
* Manage site labour, materials, and equipment in line with programme milestones
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and internal procedures
* Oversee procurement and ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget
* Ensure installations are completed to specification and drawings
* Develop and manage site-specific Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Inspection & Test Plans
* Report on site progress weekly, including photo documentation and programme tracking
* Chair internal meetings and attend external progress/design meetings with clients
* Work closely with the Project Director and Quantity Surveyor to control costs and track variations
* Maintain accurate records of material, plant, and labour costs
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and quality-assured deliveries
* Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, site operatives, and main contractors
* Champion a safe and professional working culture on-site at all times
* Carry out additional duties as required to ensure project success
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* At least 3 years of project management experience in roofing, cladding, or façade projects
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, construction practices, and health & safety codes
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* High-level IT proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; MS Project a plus)
* Full, clean driver’s licence
* Willingness to travel across Europe and work occasional unsocial hours
