About Us
We are looking to recruit on behalf of a leader in the Bricklaying industry. This company is on track for a £150 million turn over this year. Due to a surge of new contracts, an established and growing bricklaying contractor is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver construction projects in the Bracknell area. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in bricklaying and RC frame work, along with the leadership and organisational skills to manage teams, timelines, and quality assurance on-site.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations across multiple bricklaying and RC frame projects
* Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely and quality delivery
* Liaise with clients, site managers, and senior stakeholders to report on progress and address issues
* Ensure projects meet health & safety regulations and company standards
* Coordinate material orders, labour resources, and subcontractor schedules
* Monitor budgets, project timelines, and milestones
* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or logistic issues on-site
* Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with contractual specifications
What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 6 or 7 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
* Proven experience managing bricklaying and RC frame projects
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and quality control
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks under tight deadlines
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites as needed SMSTS or equivalent site management certification
