FM Project Manager
Location : London & South East
Salary : £60,000 - £72000 per annum
Candidates must have a flexible approach to travelling the sites across UK
Urgently looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to assist the delivery of a variety of projects across the London and South East on behalf of a Multi-National Facilities management company.
Qualification:
CDM awareness
Hold relevant H&S courses, First Aid, IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS
NEBOSH
The role is ideally suited to those with an M&E focus, but we welcome applications from all trades/background.
Other Skills:
Understanding of industry methodologies e.g., Prince 2, MAPM, RIBA etc
Ability to understand operational, risk and financial metrics
Ability to deliver to deadlines within a TFM environment
Knowledge of construction Health and Safety law and legislation
Key responsibilities for the FM Project Manager but not limited to:
Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) "end to end"
Building strong effective working relationships with our clients, customers, and site teams.
Full accountability for the P&L on each project.
Identify and generate project work opportunities from within a set portfolio of maintenance contracts.
Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope(s) of work(s).
Manage, run and draw up tenders on behalf of the customer as required.
Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project
Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
Agree payment schedules and applications for payment
Provide reports in time via project management system or to the senior management
For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK. Also, due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will be required to go through a DBS check and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
