Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects in Haverfordwest. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate resources and teams efficiently
Track project budgets and financials
Communicate clearly with stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience in Engineering & Project Management
Proven project management experience
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Proficient in budget management and financial tracking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
Highly organized with attention to detail
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
