Project Manager – Lift Installations & Modernisation
Location: London & South East
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of lift installation and modernisation projects across London and the South East. This is a newly created position with a growing, well-established business, offering the chance to shape the role and progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities
*
Manage lift installation and modernisation projects from start to completion
*
Lead pre-start and progress meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams
*
Carry out regular site visits to monitor progress, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
*
Provide technical support and guidance to engineers on-site
*
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
*
Maintain accurate project records, schedules, and progress reports
*
Ensure all works are completed to the highest standard and in line with regulations
*
Report to senior management on project performance and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience managing lift installation or modernisation projects
*
NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Lift Engineering (advantageous)
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach
*
Good understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance
*
Competent IT skills for documentation and reporting
*
Full UK driving licence essential
