Project Manager – Change & Transformation
Location: London (2 days on-site per week)
Rate: £650–£690/day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Clearance: Must be a UK Citizen
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in change and transformation to join a major UK-based organisation on a high-profile programme. This role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful change initiatives in a structured, governance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Compliance:
Complete all mandatory compliance and change framework training within specified timeframes.
Methodology Adherence:
Ensure full alignment with internal change methodologies and frameworks, with any deviations agreed with the portfolio office.
Project Management Delivery:
Lead all aspects of project management including planning, forecasting (resource and budget), risk management, and delivery tracking.
Maintain key documentation such as progress reports, RAID logs, and financial submissions.
Stakeholder Management:
Effectively manage internal and external delivery stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Resolve blockers and mitigate risks through proactive management and communication.
Business Case Leadership:
Contribute to or lead business case development, clearly articulating value, cost, and benefits.
Work closely with portfolio governance teams to meet all review and submission deadlines.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including programme sponsors.
Prepare and present senior-level briefing materials throughout the programme lifecycle.
Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in project management, particularly in change and transformation programmes.
Confident managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of structured change methodologies and governance frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a hybrid capacity from London office 2 days/week.
UK Citizenship required due to compliance requirements.
