Project Manager London/ Home counties £65,000 - £75,000 About the Company We are a specialist in commercial office design and build, delivering exceptional CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, refurbishments, and workplace transformations for a diverse client base. Operating from our Reading-based headquarters, we manage projects across London and the wider Home Counties, working closely with clients to deliver bespoke solutions from initial concept through to completion. About the Role We’re seeking a Project Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience to oversee the successful delivery of projects across London and the surrounding regions. You’ll take ownership of projects from pre-start through to handover, ensuring quality, programme, budget, and client expectations are met. This is a hands-on role ideal for a confident, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and repeat business. Key Responsibilities * Manage and deliver commercial fit-out projects (CAT A & B) from start to finish * Oversee site activity, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard * Work closely with design, commercial, and site teams to coordinate delivery * Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors * Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards * Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid project delays * Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures Benefits & Perks * Competitive salary based on experience * Company car or car allowance * Discretionary annual bonus scheme * Private healthcare * Pension scheme * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays * Ongoing professional development and training * Collaborative, down-to-earth team environment * Modern HQ with free on-site parking Requirements * Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects * Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and programme management * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build strong client relationships * Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and quality * SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications preferred * Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London and the Home Counties
