Role- Project Manager
Salary- £35,000- £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)
Type- Permanent
Location- Essex
My client design and manufacture electro-mechanical products and they are looking to take on a Project Manager to develop as part of their team.
The Project Engineer / Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City Guilds / Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Previous project engineering experience or the desire to adapt in their type of role
PRINCE 2 qualification would be desirable but not essential
Excellent customer service skills
Electro-mechanical engineering background ideally
Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Have a flexible approach to workThe Project Engineer / Manager role will involve:
Working within the existing engineering team
Being involved in problem solving
Working on a range of projects
Carrying out Risk Assessments
Ensuring the plans and timescales for projects are met
Adhering to quality standards
Evaluating the success of projects against benchmarks
