About the Role A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and take ownership of multiple interior fit-out projects, predominantly within the education and commercial sectors. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, liaising with design teams, managing on-site activities, and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also take the lead on health and safety compliance, procurement, progress reporting, and commercial tracking. The role requires strong organisation and communication skills, with a passion for delivering great spaces and a commitment to maintaining high standards under pressure. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong skills in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client liaison. A background in interior fit-out or construction project management is essential, with the ability to manage programme, cost, and quality effectively. A good understanding of CDM and health & safety obligations is also required. You should be proactive, detail-focused, and capable of problem-solving on site with a hands-on attitude. A valid CSCS card and SMSTS qualification are highly desirable, along with a full driving licence. Experience working in education environments will be a distinct advantage
