Project / Launch Manager – West Midlands
Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Project / Launch Manager for their automotive logistics Client in the West Midlands area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role with a leading and growing business operating in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
*
Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 5:00pm
*
Flexibility required to meet business demands
*
Occasional travel within the UK and potentially abroad

Job Duties:
*
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
*
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
*
Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure flawless project execution
*
Monitor project performance and manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost
*
Perform risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
*
Maintain effective stakeholder communication and manage client relationships
*
Lead post-launch evaluations to gather insights and drive future improvements
*
Ensure comprehensive project documentation is created and maintained
*
Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages
Requirements:
*
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within automotive logistics
*
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and budget
*
Strong continuous improvement and process engineering mindset
*
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
*
Competency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
*
Full UK driving licence is essential
