We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the technical delivery of large-scale events and exhibitions. The role involves ensuring the smooth execution of all technical operations, including construction, audio-visual, brand activations, and on-site services. This position requires both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences. The Project Manager will manage operations, workshop, and warehouse teams, as well as oversee the selection and management of strategic partners.
Project Manager - Role & Responsibilities
· Technical Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute detailed technical plans for events and exhibitions, ensuring all requirements are met on time and to the highest standard.
· Team Leadership: Lead and motivate in-house production teams and external contractors, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
· Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, secure equipment and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
· Budget Management: Prepare and oversee technical budgets, delivering cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
· Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all technical operations meet health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing robust safety measures.
· On-Site Supervision: Manage event build, operation, and breakdown, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
· Innovation & Improvement: Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and audience experience.
