Project Manager – Precast Concrete Frame & Envelope Works
Location: Exeter
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a leading Tier 1 contractor for a Project Manager to take charge of precast concrete frame and ancillary envelope works on a major construction project in Exeter.
This role will involve overseeing the full delivery cycle for the following workstreams:
*
Manufacture and installation of precast concrete frames
*
Pod manufacture and on-time delivery
*
Window manufacture, delivery & installation
*
Curtain wall installation post-frame completion
*
Roofing works to enable timely start of internal trades
Key Responsibilities:
*
Manage your scope from Point of Transfer through to Practical Completion
*
Coordinate production and site delivery across multiple suppliers and locations
*
Uphold quality, safety, and programme delivery standards at all times
*
Ensure compliance with company systems, reporting, and contract obligations
*
Lead your team to overcome challenges and meet time and financial targets
*
Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused site environment
What We're Looking For:
*
Experienced Project Manager with precast concrete or major envelope package background
*
Track record managing complex packages across manufacturing, logistics, and on-site installation
*
Strong understanding of safety, budget control, and programme management
*
Inspirational leadership and problem-solving mindset
*
Able to drive performance, coordination, and progress reporting
