Project Manager
Altera Recruitment Group is working on behalf of a leading organisation within the pump rental solutions sector to appoint a highly skilled Project Manager. The role of a Project Manager involves delivering innovative and market-leading pumping solutions, managing medium to large-scale projects, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:

Deliver complex pump solutions projects from conception through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to project objectives.
*
Collaborate with operations, sales, and project delivery teams to enhance end-user outcomes and operational efficiency.
*
Build and maintain strong client relationships, establishing trust in both products and services offered.
*
Manage specialist subcontractors, oversee site surveys, and ensure stringent risk assessments (RAMS) are completed and communicated.
*
Provide expert technical support to internal teams, assist in business development initiatives, and contribute to continuous innovation.
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience within the pump hire, water, or fluid management industries, with strong knowledge of pump technologies and fluid dynamics.
*
Demonstrable background in technical project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Visio, Publisher, and MS Project).
*
A full UK driving licence and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
