Project Manager – Ventilation (London projects, £10m+)

Here’s the deal:
* You’ll be running ventilation packages worth £10 million and up.
* Most sites are in London, working with Tier 1 contractors.
* You can live anywhere between London and Hasting—just don’t expect to do this job from your sofa.
What you’ll actually do:
* Plan the job, run the job, finish the job.
* Keep Tier 1 contractors happy without letting them walk all over you.
* Manage budgets, schedules, and people like an adult.
* Spot problems early and fix them before they blow up.
* Report to senior management without sugar-coating.
What you’ll need:
* Experience running £10m+ MEP or ventilation projects.
* You’ve worked with big-name contractors before and know how to handle them.
* You’re organised but not a control freak.
* You can talk to people on site without sounding like a PowerPoint slide.
