You'll be working for an environmental consultancy.
Work pattern: Full-time, Hybrid
Location: South of Bristol
Your new role
You will be responsible for coordinating key teams following a restructuring project, duties include:
Being the first point of contact for clients.
Managing client account operations, opening transfers etc.
Supporting SLT and the CEO with managing teams and tasks progress across the organisation.
Responsible for implementing, managing and reviewing the Company's document control and Quality Assurance.
Supporting the Team in the delivery of quality services to clients.
Overseeing and regularly updating our supplier database, supplier terms, and relationships
What you'll need to succeed
Strong projects experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to implement processes using quality management systems.
