Our client are looking for a Project Manager based in Warwickshire to lead the delivery of one of their flagship Decarbonisation Retrofit Works programmes. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive sustainability, energy efficiency, and tenant wellbeing across a range of retrofit projects. Our client is a leading property, FM and housing contractor with an enviable portfolio of contracts looking to add a Project Manager to the Warwickshire team overseeing a housing asset programme of works.
Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide visible leadership and clear direction across multiple retrofit schemes.
Manage project budgets, identify risks, and ensure full contract compliance.
Oversee design coordination and actively engage with the supply chain.
Ensure timely delivery of works including insulation, roofing, windows, doors, heat pumps, and other retrofit solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
Lead recruitment, manage performance, and support the professional development of your team.Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Proven experience in project management within housing retrofit or construction sectors.
Strong commercial acumen with in-depth contract knowledge.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Familiarity with SHDF funding and decarbonisation strategies is a distinct advantage.Job Offer
Competitive salary of approximately £58500 to £64500 per annum.
£6,000 car allowance included as part of the package.
