Freelance Project Manager - Cut & Carve Refurbishment | Reading
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £16m cut & carve refurbishment project in Reading. This scheme will run for 12 months, with responsibility through to CAT A completion.
The Role:
Manage day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring programme, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
Oversee subcontractors and consultants, coordinating across all disciplines.
Provide regular progress reports and proactively manage risk.
Drive successful delivery through to CAT A handover.
Requirements:
Proven track record delivering cut & carve refurbishment projects.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing high-value packages on complex schemes.
Available to start promptly and commit for the project duration.
