Project Manager
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of projects within our business stream. Within this role you'll be the primary customer contact, playing a pivotal role in driving successful outcomes while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
What you'll do
Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery and in-service support.
Act as the key point of contact for customers and develop and maintain strong relationships and ensuring that requirements are met.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams, motivating and mentoring them towards shared goals.
Monitor performance, budgets and schedules, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where needed.
Provide accurate and regular project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure resources, tools and facilities are in place for successful delivery.What we're looking for
Proven track record managing full project lifecycles.
Degree in Business or Engineering is desirable.
APM (or equivalent) qualification is desirable.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness with a customer-focused, results-driven mindset.
Experience with project management tools and ERP systems (IFS experience desirable).
Resilient and able to perform under pressure.
Good knowledge of project management fundamentals.
