Job Description
Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on variety, client interaction, and seeing projects through from idea to go live? This is an opportunity to take ownership of end to end implementations in a fast growing tech environment, where no two projects are the same.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software solutions into multi site client environments. Acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, you’ll define project plans, manage internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and to scope.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage projects from scope confirmation through to handover into support
Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and cutover documentation
Lead project meetings, tracking actions, risks, and dependencies
Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
Oversee client readiness (data, sign-offs, payments, and milestones)
Track project budgets, manage invoicing points, and escalate variances where needed
Coordinate workloads across delivery teams, ensuring tasks are completed effectively
Ensure a smooth handover into operational support
About you:
Proven experience delivering software or technology projects (multi-site experience a bonus)
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
Comfortable managing budgets, invoices, and change requests
Highly organised, detail-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
Calm under pressure, with excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, MS Project, RAID logs)
Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, or similar methodologies desirable
