Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic + company car & extras
About the Role
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager with strong leadership, analytical skills, and a process-driven approach. You will oversee complex, high-impact projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role offers the opportunity to shape operational excellence, build trusted client relationships, and mentor project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful outcomes on time and to budget.
Produce and maintain project documentation, including plans, requirements, and post-implementation reviews.
Use KPIs and data insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
Champion consistent processes across projects for operational excellence.
Translate client requirements into structured delivery plans with clear communication.
Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
Qualifications & Experience
5-7 years of project management experience desirable
Strong analytical and organisational skills with experience in process design and improvement.
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.
Proficiency in project tools (MS Project, task management software).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
