Description
Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project execution.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for internal and external use.
Support the Engineering & Manufacturing team with strategic input and guidance.Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
Previous experience in similar role, with heavy engineering and fabrication projects background
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Direct work experience in project management capacity
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and budgeting experience
Strong leadership skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, planning and time management skills
Qualification in Project Management or relevant Engineering discipline
Desirable
Marine industry experience
Experience in renewables industry, specifically offshore windfarms
Experience in engineering and manufacturing with understanding or hands-on experience in latest manufacturing and welding techniques
Chartered APM or working towards
