Location: Hereford
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Hereford. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of capital and process improvement projects - from concept through to completion - across a fast-paced manufacturing site. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, lead, and deliver multiple CAPEX, engineering, and improvement projects
Manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and stakeholder communications
Coordinate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to align project goals
Ensure all work complies with health & safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain detailed documentation and project reports throughout the project lifecycle
Manage risk, scope changes, and resource allocation effectively
Champion continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering projects in an FMCG, manufacturing, or production environment
Strong understanding of CAPEX, engineering processes, and factory operations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities
Relevant qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline (Prince2, APM, PMP, etc. beneficial)
