Take on the role of Project Manager with a fast-growing off-site construction company in Galway. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager that wants to step into the fit-out or modular construction sector and secure a long-term role with clear career progression to senior management.
You'll be responsible for leading projects from tender through to delivery, managing both on-site and factory-based teams. Reporting directly to the Senior Management, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality projects while driving efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction. This family-run company has a strong reputation in the modular and off-site manufacturing sector, supplying innovative construction solutions to main contractors across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Your Role As A Project Manager will include:
* Oversee teams within the factory and on-site depending on project scope
* Lead tendering, planning, and execution of multiple modular/off-site projects
* Support the company's growth by driving quality, efficiency, and innovation
As A Project Manager, You Will Have:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with modular, fit-out, or main contractor background
* Experience managing projects from start to finish
* Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage large teams
* Local to Galway or within commutable distance
* Full driving licence essential
