An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist joinery and fit-out contractor delivering projects across the North West and wider UK. This Project Manager position offers responsibility for high-quality commercial schemes from commencement through to handover. As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with clients, site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to an exceptional standard. This Project Manager role would suit someone with previous joinery, fit-out or interior construction experience.
Salary and Package
* £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location
North West England, with travel across the region. Occasional travel throughout the UK and, on rare occasions, Europe may be required.

* Managing projects valued between £500,000 and £2 million
* Planning and coordinating project delivery

* Monitoring programme, quality and project costs
* Maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders
* Coordinating procurement and material deliveries
* Managing project documentation and reporting
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements
* Attending project and progress meetings
* Supporting successful project handover and completion
