Project Manager (Marine/ Yachts) Lymington (Fully on Site) £60,000 - £70,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Flexible Working + Company Benefits + High End Projects Are you a Project Manager from the marine industry, or with experience in luxury boats and yachts, looking for a new challenge within a close knit, family run business where you'll be valued, supported, and given the opportunity to work on high profile projects in a thriving sector with excellent long term stability? In the role you will be managing refits, repairs and maintenance of boats for a wide range of commercial customers, including the Ministry of Defence, port authorities, fisheries and survey organisations. You will work closely with the directors and skilled teams of engineers, overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
