Are you a Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and successfully delivering a multitude of varying sized MEP projects?
Do you want to take the lead and control new and existing projects from start to completion within the MEP industry as you progress your career with the potential opportunity to move up into Directorship?
This young but well-established and rapidly growing company have been providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing services to a multitude of Commercial clients over the last 5 years ago in and around London. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to for a Project Manager who to join their time knit team, who can make a real impact on business growth.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for ongoing projects, liaising with key clients you will take ownership of project delivery, managing the project life cycle from initiation to handover. You'll be on-site liaising with clients coordinating, engineers, contractors, and all other parties involved in the project. To ensure all construction adheres to health and safety policies and environmental regulations whilst monitoring the quality making sure everything is finished to the highest standards.
This role would suit a Project Manager with experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing installation looking for an autonomous role within a rapidly growing company, offering excellent progression through to Directorship.
The Role:
Ownership of project delivery from planning to completion
Generate and monitor project budgets.
Create detailed project documentation, develop and review schematics.
Act as the point of contact between client's, contractors and engineers.The Person:

Proficient in CAD and METLAB
