Are you a Project Manager, Projects Engineer or Service Manager from a refrigeration/HVAC background looking to join a well-established and constantly expanding company in a role where you will have full autonomy over technical refrigeration/ HVAC based projects whilst leading teams of skilled engineers within an inclusive working environment and employee first business?

This company specialises in the maintenance, service and installation of air conditioning and refrigeration units. They work across Gloucestershire, Somerset, Herefordshire and Wiltshire for commercial clients, covering anything from offices, restaurants and schools to race tracks, making for a varied and interesting workday.
This is an office/ field based role; you will be provided with a company vehicle which you will use to travel across a local patch in and around Oxfordshire. Within this role you will lead and oversee various projects within the internal refrigeration project team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in refrigeration project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within scope.
This role would suit a a Project Manager, Projects Engineer or Service Manager from a refrigeration/HVAC background looking for a good work life balance, local patch, progression opportunities and a fantastic employee first benefits package.
