Are you an energetic, proactive professional with a passion for delivering outstanding results? We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our class-leading shopfitting and retail equipment into some of the UK’s most recognisable retailers.
This is a full-time position based at our Salford office, offering a competitive salary above the industry average, plus an attractive expenses package.
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke retail equipment. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the high standards our clients expect.
Your role will involve:

Managing multiple projects across the UK for high-profile retail clients.

Liaising with internal design, production, and installation teams as well as external suppliers.

Monitoring costs and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed budgets and client timescales.

Producing and managing project documentation, schedules, and reports.
*
Overseeing installations on-site, with some travel required.
*
Maintaining excellent client communication and relationships throughout.
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in retail, shopfitting, construction, or supply chain management.

Understands retail equipment, design, manufacturing, and installation processes.
*
Demonstrates strong project management and organisational skills.
*
Is confident using basic IT programs (MS Office, project tracking software) with great attention to detail.

Is commercially aware, able to balance quality delivery with cost control.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client trust.
