Overview:
A specialist roofing and façade contractor based in Waltham Cross is looking to appoint an experienced Facades Project Manager with a solid background in hard metal roofing, cladding, and flat roofing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of façade packages across a wide range of commercial and residential builds, ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
*
Oversee the planning and delivery of façade, roofing, and cladding packages from pre-construction through to final handover
*
Coordinate design reviews, material procurement, and subcontractor management
*
Work closely with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
*
Manage construction programmes, risk registers, and client reporting
*
Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are upheld on site at all times
*
Support integration of landscaping and soft works with roofing packages (e.g., green/blue roofs)
*
Lead and mentor site teams to drive productivity and quality
*
Monitor costs, variations, and ensure commercial performance aligns with targets
Key Requirements:
*
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management within façades, cladding, or roofing sectors
*
Expertise in metal roofing systems (zinc, copper, aluminium) and modern cladding applications
*
Proven knowledge of flat roofing technologies including hot melt, felt, single ply, and cold-applied systems
*
Familiarity with sustainable roof finishes and passive fire protection systems
*
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
*
Ability to read technical drawings and lead on-site construction activities
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid preferred
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic construction project tools
