Project Manager – Wealth Management Platform Implementation
Contract | London | up to 18 months | Outside IR35 (TBC) - HYBRID
Candidate Profile
*
Proven track record of wealth management platform implementations – e.g. Addepar, FundCount, Private Wealth Systems, WealthArc, Masttro, Altoo, Asora, FA Solutions / FA Platform, Clearwater Analytics, IMIX, eFront, Allvue, Investran, iLEVEL.
*
Strong background in alternatives / private equity workflows and complex fund structures.
*
Experience in data migration, custodian integrations, and reporting.
*
Hands-on, adaptable, excellent stakeholder management skills.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a front-to-back wealth management platform for a leading investment organisation. The project covers all asset classes with a strong focus on alternatives and private equity.
Key responsibilities:

Mobilise project governance and establish SteerCo.
*
Lead data migration & transformation from legacy systems and custodians.
*
Oversee new processes, policies, and UAT.
*
Manage internal stakeholders and coordinate with the vendor PM.
Start: Part-time mobilisation from Oct 2025; full-time from Jan 2026 for 18 months
