Project / Manufacturing Engineer £40,000 - £50,000 + circa 10%-15% Profit Bonus + Training Opportunities + Flexible Hours + Hybrid Working (up to 2 days per week) + Private Medical + 11% Pension Contribution + 25 Days Holiday Commutable from Crediton, Exeter, Exmouth, Newton Abbot, Okehampton, Tavistock, Wellington, and surrounding areas Are you from a Manufacturing background looking to join a well-recognised manufacturer, in a highly autonomous and challenging role working with new state-of-the-art machinery, where you will be invested in with excellent training to progress your career and play a major role in the future success of the business? Working closely with cross-functional teams and R&D stakeholders, you will contribute to the introduction of new technical solutions that support innovation, growth and productivity. This role would suit someone with experience in the Manufacturing industry, ideally with some knowledge of driving process improvement, implementing changes, or knowledge of wider operations. Relevant job titles could include: Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Project Manager, Maintenance Engineer, or similar.
