In the Project Officer role, you will be:
Undertaking research and engagement to identify good practice and areas for improvement
Sharing insights and learning to help shape a more inclusive culture
Contributing to the development of resources and training to support equality, diversity, and inclusion
Building trust, understanding, and positive relationships with colleagues and local communities
Supporting the development of inclusive recruitment processes and practices
To be successful, you will need:
Passion for equality, diversity, and inclusion
Excellent people skills, with an ability to build trust and work collaboratively
Strong research, written, and communication skills
Ability to reflect on information gathered and contribute to workplace improvements
Competence in IT to support research and engagement activities
This is a temporary position for 28 weeks, working full time, 37 hours per week Monday to Friday. You'll start on an hourly rate of £14.82 + holiday pay, weekly pay and other benefits and will be based in modern offices in Colwyn Bay.
