Job Description
PROJECT PROPOSALS MANAGER
This leading supplier of turnkey finishing systems is recruiting for a driven Project Proposals Manager to join their rapidly expanding team in Staffordshire. Since the development of their first system they have continued to advance and refine technologies to deliver the most reliable equipment and the best customer experiences. Working closely with the team and supporting departments, you will join at a time of exciting growth and development with genuine long term career growth.
The Project Proposals Manager role is a full-time hybrid role responsible for driving sales of service contracts, managing customer relations, and developing sales strategies.
The role includes identifying potential customers, conducting detailed proposal and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. The Project Proposals Manager will work from the Stafford manufacturing facility with some flexibility for working from home.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Competencies:
* Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Offer solutions fit for purpose
* Experience of managing multiple projects up to £0.5M+
* Experience of Autocad 2D
* Experience in Conveyor, pump or capital plant industry
* Experience in developing Sales Strategies and detailed proposals
* Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
* Project Management experience
* Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the manufacturing or finishing systems industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Or equivalent)
THE PERSON
The successful Project Proposals Manager will undoubtedly be self-starters with the desire to take ownership of key roles.
You will demonstrate relevant experience gained in manufacturing and experience in finishing systems and extraction would be desirable.
