Job Description
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications & Experience • Degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related discipline • Proven experience with JCT contracts • Previous work in refurbishment, fit-out, or high-end residential projects • CSCS card and current Health & Safety knowledge • Membership with RICS or CIOB desirable, with support available if not yet obtained Skills & Profile • Excellent communicator with strong commercial understanding • Proactive, reliable, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR JOB SPECIFICATION Project Quantity Surveyor - Job Specification Page 2 of 2 WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive salary with an annual discretionary bonus • 4 weeks’ annual leave, plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown • Full support for professional development and membership with RICS/CIOB • Supportive, small-team environment offering visible contribution and genuine progression If you are an experienBefore You Apply
