The Role
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of all commercial aspects of the first major phase of this long-term partnership.
You’ll be supported by a Senior Commercial Manager who oversees a £1bn portfolio across London and is widely regarded as a driving force within the business — someone known for mentoring, developing, and fast-tracking top-performing talent.
You’ll be trusted to:

Manage procurement, subcontractor relationships, and package delivery

Control cost forecasting, CVRs, and reporting

Ensure commercial excellence from pre-construction through to final account
