About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a successful Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor on projects ranging from £5m - £30m within Cat A & Cat B Commercial Fit Out. Their office and projects are located within Central London. The culture in the office is vibrant and energetic, creating a positive atmosphere. Key Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor:
Assisting Seniors with day-to-day responsibilities
Handling subcontractor packages
Adhering to contractual requirements
Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
Assist the team in managing risks and resolving disputes
Site Meetings
Final AccountsKey Requirements of Project Quantity Surveyor:
Minimum 5 years experience at a Main/Fit Out Contractor
Live within commutable distance to Central London
Degree in construction related subject is ideal but not essential
