Job Description
Quantity SurveyorLocation: Leatherhead, Surrey
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Salter Grange is currently recruiting for a talented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contract that delivers luxury property projects.
The project:
New build super prime residential with a cost plan budget of £20m+
2-story dwelling constructed in blockwork, faced up in flint walling and stone, with a new slate roof
Internally there are 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with bespoke joinery throughout, leisure and BoH staff facilities
Externally there are garages, extensive landscaping and the construction of a new swimming poolKey responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and budgets for this luxury property project
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
Manage project finances, including procurement, valuations, and cost control
Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports
Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirementsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the luxury new build residential market
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
