Job Description
Manage the commercial aspects of internal fit-out and craneage works across multiple blocks.
Prepare and manage procurement schedules, tender packages, and subcontractor negotiations.
Carry out valuations, variations, and final accounts with a strong focus on cost control.
Provide commercial support to site and project managers.
Work closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager on financial reporting and forecasting.
