Job Description
A forward-thinking Property and Construction Consultancy, located in the heart of London near Tottenham Court Road Station, is seeking a dynamic Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, education, healthcare, industrial sheds, luxury residential, student accommodation, retail, hotels, and leisure developments. With no two days the same, the role offers real variety and exposure to landmark schemes.
The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will be part of a collaborative and energetic team known for delivering quality and driving innovation. From day one, you'll be given real responsibility and supported by a consultancy that actively invests in your professional development - from tailored APC programmes and mentorship to clear, structured career progression towards Senior level and beyond.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
The ideal Project Quantity Surveyor will have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Good Pre & post contract experience
MRICS is highly desirable - or currently working towards
Ambitious & proactive
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completionWhat's on offer?
