Job Description
A dynamic and diverse Quantity Surveying consultancy in London are seeking a bright Project Quantity Surveyor who is either MRICS, or working towards completing their APC, and has an interest/experience in top-end residential projects.
The Project Quantity Surveyor’s Role
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor shall be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion with some support from an Associate, whilst also being a primary client contact, and guide an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
Project wise, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved on an impressive countryside property extension including a pool-house and a large landscaping project, a £25m private property, and other small schemes to get stuck into.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
* 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
* MRICS or working towards
* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
* Pre and post contract experience
* Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector
* Professional, client facing character
