Job Description
A rapidly growing Quantity Surveying and Project Management consultancy in London are seeking a hard-working and ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor.
The Project Quantity Surveyor’s role
The new Project Quantity Surveyor will join a consultancy of circa 30 and be part of a team who work on an impressive portfolio of commercial, life science, hotel, and residential/student accommodation projects which value between £25m and £400m.
The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will support the Quantity Surveying Director with the day to day running of projects, pre and post contract, whilst also having your own projects to work on.
The Project Quantity Surveyor
* From a PQS / Consultancy background
* Commercial project experience would be ideal
* Minimum of 3 years quantity surveying experience
* Hard-working, professional character
* Pre and post contract experience
* Ideally MRICS or working towards
* Quantity Surveying degree or similar
