Constructive Moves are recruiting for a national house builder who have new developments starting across the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia region.
The housing developer are looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple residential housing schemes including flagship developments that range in size, complexity and volume.
Due to the busy nature of the region, you will need to demonstrate the ability to run a few developments at various stages of construction and mainly traditional housing and low rise, RC frame developments.
Duties will/may include:
Strive to optimise the profitability of the Contracts.
Ensure that the Contracts achieve the optimum cashflow position.
Prepare and manage key and large risk subcontract accounts from inception to final accounts.
Subcontract procurement strategy and implementation.
