An established, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is looking for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on high-profile commercial office fit-out schemes while gaining exposure to a wide variety of sectors.
The Project Quantity Surveyor Role
The company is well regarded for its dynamic, client-focused approach and technical excellence. With a strong pipeline of work across workplace, residential, retail, leisure, healthcare, education, and infrastructure, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will enjoy variety, responsibility, and room to grow.
This role is ideal for a Project Quantity Surveyor who is confident managing both pre and post-contract duties, thrives in a client-facing role, and is keen to step up towards Senior level in the near future.
The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc) or equivalent.
MRICS or working towards chartership.
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy.
Solid pre & post-contract experience.
Commercial fit out experience highly desirable.
A successful track record leading projects independently.In Return?
