Our client, a global leader in construction and a leading manufacturer of industrial Diesel & Gas engines is looking for a Products Requirements Manager to join the team
You would be responsible for defining our future product range content, to meet customer and market requirements. There will be high interaction with multiple disciplines across numerous business groups – working with Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Applications, Business Resources, Operations and others.
This role is very people and process focused, and essential to ensuring we implement our product successfully.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Project Manage new market introductions and the conversion of voice of customer (VOC’s) feasible solutions
• Managing the product requirements worldwide
• Working with Sales and Marketing to understand customer and market requirements and creating/managing Product Objectives for new
and existing models
• Working with commercial teams and customer facing teams on additions to the range
• Defining future programs for the product range and developing business cases for new products
• Working with engineering teams to ensure the availability of technical information for product launches
• Coordinate customer facility visits

• 5 years experience in Project Management
Desirable Experience
• in strategic product development projects or new product introduction
