Project Supervisor Required
I am working with a large and reputable Facilities Management client who have projects spanning across the UK and northern Ireland. Currenlty looking for a Project Supervisor that can take on new challenges is driven and wants longevity. Part of the company culture is to ensure they support the people in the business in their career progression and development.
Project Supervisor Role:
* Liaise with the clients Commercial, Technical, Operational management teams to develop contracto lists
* Identify business plans with contract managers
* Prepare programmes, method statements and risk assessments
* Procure labour and materials
* Manage/supervisor staff and sub-contractors
* provide technical and operational support as necessary
Requirements for the Project Supervisor Role:
* HNC or HND qualificaiton or equivalent
* Expeirence in a supervisory or management position
* Capable of managing a portfolio
* Full Valid UK drivers licence
* UK Passport
