What You'll Do:
As a Project Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of exciting projects aimed at transforming transport in our communities. Here's a snapshot of your key responsibilities:
Manage correspondence across various projects, ensuring smooth communication.
Arrange and attend meetings, workshops, and engagement events.
draught detailed agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
Collaborate closely with project managers and team members from departments like StreetCare, communications, property services, and finance.
Prepare and deliver project reports and presentations.
Occasionally attend engagement events in the evenings to connect with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive professional with a passion for project support and a keen interest in transport-related initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have:
Substantial experience in project support, methodologies, and tools, ideally within the transport sector.
Proficiency in IT packages, including MS Word, Excel, Teams, and preferably D365.
An ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Strong experience in report drafting, information recording, and data management.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with project managers, sponsors, peers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
