Job Description
Working within the planned works team, you will play an integral part in delivering PPM to social housing stock across the Buxton and wider area.
Client Details
Our client is a local authority trading company (LATCO) owned by a County Council in England. They provide a wide range of services, including property services, facilities management, and care homes.
Description
Oversee daily operations to support the successful delivery of PPM.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and updates for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout all project phases.
Identify and address risks or issues to minimise disruptions.
Coordinate resources and materials to meet project requirements efficiently.
Facilitate communication across departments to enhance collaboration and project performance.
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth operations and streamlined customer experiences.Profile
Experience of PPM and Planned works within social housing
Qualification within construction, ideally surveying relatedJob Offer
