MMP Consultancy is currently seeking a Project Surveyor for a Permanent Contract paying £51,400 per annum, covering Kent and South East London - 100% Remote with site visits.

Hours: Full Time - Remote 100% with site visits
Location: Kent
We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor to join our team in the Southern region, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for project delivery, supply chain management, and specification development. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and with excellent customer satisfaction. Required Skills
Proven experience in delivering property projects, including homeownership (S20) programmes
Strong understanding of Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985
Excellent project planning and management skills
Strong stakeholder engagement and liaison skills
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Agile approach to site location within the Southern region
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with significant changeNice to Have Skills
Professional qualification or working towards an appropriate qualification (e.g. MCIOB, MRICS)
Experience with complex partnering contracts
Strong customer focus and ability to communicate effectively with staff and residentsPreferred Education and Experience
Degree level education or substantial relevant experience
Proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projectsOther Requirements
Ability to travel to operational areas, including Kent and the South-East, as agreedWillingness to work in a dynamic environment with significant change
